We are currently investigating with highest priority the issue of some players being stuck on loading screen. Your help in finding a quick solution would be very much appreciated.
1. First try to disable any firewall programs that may block your connection.
2. If the above fails, please send us log.txt located in:
c:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\GAR\GAR_Data\output_log.txt to "email@example.com" with you Steam ID. You can see your steam ID from your profile. There is a link, which should look like the following:
Stand alone users
For stand alone users, not using Steam, please send us the email you have registered with.
The log file is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Guns And Robots\Updater\output_log.txt .
Send them to "firstname.lastname@example.org" .
